LAHORE (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday declared the sons of alleged land grabber Malik Mansha Ali Khokhar, identified as Mansha Bomb, as wanted over charges of attacking Lahore Development Team (LDA). The court no 4 of the ATC declared the sons of Mansha Bomb wanted and ordered to arrest Tariq Mansha and Faisal Mansha. The special court also ordered Johar Town police to present Mansha’s sons before court on December 15 after arresting. Both the suspects are accused in a case registered by Johar Town police on charges of attacking a team of the LDA. However, the court also sought a complete file of the case from the police. Mansha’s consul advocate Syed Farhad Ali Shah appeared before the court. Meanwhile, earlier some time, Faisal Mansha confronted with Riawand police and he fled to the scene for leaving his car. Earlier, an ATC had earlier issued arrest warrants for Mansha’s three sons in a case registered by Johar Town police on charges of attacking a team of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA). According to the FIR, Mansha and his sons Faisal, Tariq and Asim, were accused of attacking an LDA team during an anti-encroachment operation in Johar Town area. The suspects neither appeared before court nor joined police investigation. On Oct 4, an investigating officer (IO) told the court that the suspects had gone underground since the Supreme Court ordered a crackdown on land grabbers in Johar Town.
