ATC extends Zulfiqar Mirza’s interim bail till June 10

KARACHI (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court extended the interim bail of Zulfiqar Mirza till June 10. Earlier, Zulfiqar Mirza appeared in the ATC. Counsel for Zulfiqar Mirza contended that his client faces life threats and police can be used to kill him. He said that Zulfiqar Mirza’s statement should be recorded in court. The prosecutor told court that security has been provided to Zulfiqar Mirza and recording of statement in court will be the violation of law. The prosecutor said that Zulfiqar Mirza had attacked Darakhshan police station and threatened to kill the officials. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court reserved the judgment till June 1.
