ATC grants bail to former MQM leader Saleem Shahzad

KARACHI (92 News) – The anti-terrorism court (ATC) has on Saturday granted bail to former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Saleem Shahzad in terrorist facilitation case. As per details, Shahzad was presented before an Anti-Terrorism Court in a case related to providing treatment and assistance to suspected terrorists. The court seized the British passport of former MQM leader Saleem Shahzad and barred him from travelling to foreign country without permission. The former MQM leader had been taken into custody on his arrival at Karachi airport from Dubai. He was declared as proclaimed offender in Dr Asim case whereas the court has also given orders of his arrest.
