ATC issues non-bailable arrest warrants for MNA Qadir Patel

KARCHI (92 News) - The anti-terroism court (ATC) issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PPP MNA Qadir Patel for absence from court in a case pertaining to providing health treatment to terrorists.

Earlier, Dr Asim Hussain, Anees Qaim Khani, Rauf Siddiqui, Waseem Akhtar and Usman Moazzam were produced.

The ATC expressed resentment over continous absence of Qadir Patel from the court and ordered to issue non-bailable arrest warrants for him.

The court reprimanded the Special Public Prosecutor GM Bhutto, asking him to submit the documents that are alraedy available with the court.

SP Altaf Hussain told court that during the investigation, it was revealed that the case does not pertain to the Anti-Terrorism Act.
