ATC judge refuses to hear Dr Imran Farooq murder case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – In yet another twist, The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi has on Thursday refused to hear the murder case of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq. The ATC’s special court judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi said that he cannot hear the case anymore. He further transferred the case to Chief Justice Islamabad High Court.
