ATC refuses to issue death warrants for death row convict

KARACHI (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court on Saturday refused to issue death warrants for a prisoner, directing the jail authorities to submit the copies of the SHC verdict. The Sindh High Court had stayed the execution of Shahid alias Shada a day before. He had killed the wife and daughter of an ASI in the Naper area.
