KARACHI (92 News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court has on Wednesday once again issued arrest warrants of five workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in sheltering terrorists at Nine-Zero, while the Sindh High Court (SHC) rejected Waseem Akhtar’s plea to extend his bail.

The ATC heard a case pertaining to MQM for sheltering terrorists at Nine-Zero in which the Investigation Officer submitted a report of the proclaimed offenders including Raees Mama, Minhaj Qazi, Imran Niazi, Shahzad Mulla and Naeem Mulla, who could not be arrested yet.

The court gave Investigation Officer last chance for the arrest of the accused.

On the other hand, the SHC rejected the plea of MQM leader Waseem Akhtar for the extension in his bail. Waseem Akhtar is accused of luring public against national institutions.
