Attack on Imran Khan: Main accused Naveed gave statement to the joint investigation team

GUJRANWALA (92 News) - The main accused of the Imran Khan attack case, Naveed, has given statement to the joint investigation team.

In his statement, Naveed said that Imran Khan was misleading people. “I do not belong to any political or religious party. I planned the attack alone and was looking for an opportunity for two hours. Imran Khan was my only target.”

Earlier, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Rana Zahid Iqbal had remanded the main accused of the case in the custody of police for 12 days. The court had also ordered the JIT head to present a report on the delay after investigations.
