Attorney General Khalid Javed writes to Rana Shamim to submit affidavit in Pakistan HC in London

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Attorney General Khalid Javed has written a letter to Gilgit Baltistan former chief judge Rana Shamim, asking him to submit the sealed affidavit against former chief justice Saqib Nisar to the Pakistan High Commission in London.

In the letter, Rana Shamim has been asked to send a copy of the affidavit in a sealed envelope to avoid any ambiguity.

The Pakistan High Commission will send the affidavit to the Islamabad High Court registrar through the Foreign Ministry.
