Avenfield reference: IHC accepts NAB prosecutor's plea seeking time for court assistance

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor's plea seeking time for court assistance on Saturday.

A two-member bench comprising of Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani is hearing the appeals of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (retd) Safdar against their conviction in the Avenfield reference.

Azam Nazir Tarar advocate appeared on behalf of Nawaz Sharif.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing till June 9.
