Awards conferred on Army personnel at Corps Headquarters Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – An investiture ceremony was held at Corps Headquarters Lahore on Thursday. Lieutenant General Aamer Riaz, Commander Lahore Corps conferred military awards on Army personnel for acts of gallantry during operations, outstanding performances in respective fields and for their long meritorious services. A large number of officers and relatives of martyrs attended the ceremony. Twenty-two officers were awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), 58 officers were awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military) and 17 officers and soldiers were awarded Tamgha-e-Basalat. Medals of martyrs were received by their family members.
