Ayyan Ali bail plea: Lahore High Court to hear case today

LAHORE (92 News) - Lahore High Court Justice Mahmood Maqbool Bajwa will take up a fresh bail petition filed by Ayyan Ali on Thursday, who is facing charges of money laundering.

As per reports, the petition was filed at the Rawalpindi bench through Khosa Law Chambers of former governor Sardar Latif Khosa. The chief justice marked the petition to Justice Bajwa. The honourable judge had earlier dismissed a bail plea of the model upholding the decision of a special customs court.

Earlier in March, Customs officials arrested Ayyan Ali from Benazir Bhutto International Airport after 508,000 US dollars were recovered from her luggage.
