Ayyan Ali’s name cleared from ECL

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court rejecting the appeal of the federal government has cleared model Ayyan Ali’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL). Ayyan Ali can now travel outside the country, the Supreme Court ruled on Monday. The Sindh High Court’s verdict to remove the model’s name from the list was upheld. The model was arrested in March, 2015 on charges of money laundering after customs officials recovered $506,000 from her bag.
