Azadi March: JUI-F cancels meeting with govt delegations

LAHORE (92 News) – The Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) has canceled meeting with government delegations that was due to be held today. As per details, the party representative has said that Rahbar Committee of the opposition will take final decision regarding negotiation with the government. Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjarani also telephoned Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidri and decided to meet today for detailed discussion on anti-government march. Earlier, government had formed a committee to hold talks with the Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) for stopping the Azadi March.The decision was made during a meeting of the PTI’s Core Committee. Prime Minister Imran Khan had said that the government will listen to the justified demands of the opposition. “The country cannot afford any sit-in,” he said.He said that currently the country was facing several threats. Referring to Azadi March of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Prime Minister Imran Khan had said that the doors will not be closed if anyone wants to hold talks.
