ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar ruled out the conduct of the early elections in the country, saying that early elections could only be desire of the opposition.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the assemblies’ tenure is five years in the constitution. “There is no situation to conduct the early elections. Everything is okay. The assemblies will complete their five-year term,” he declared.

PPP leader Sherry Rehman said that the opposition has created a situation of a conflict. “They say everything is fine if they are in the power, otherwise everything is wrong. They want a free hand and to be above the law,” she maintained.
