Azerbaijan defence minister, COAS Qamar Bajwa discuss regional security

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Azerbaijan Defence Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ on Friday. According to the Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR), they discussed matters of mutual interests, including regional security and bilateral defence cooperation. The Azerbaijan defence minister visited Yadgar-e-Shuhda in GHQ, laid a floral wreath and offered Fateha. A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army presented him the guard of honour. The visiting dignitary lauded Pakistani efforts for peace and stability in the region.
