LAHORE (92 News) – Judicial Magistrate Shahid Zia dismissed the bail plea of a man, who had shaved the head of his wife, and his employee. The petitioner stated that the sections in the FIR were bailable. The investigation officer told court that Asma Aziz, a residence of Lahore, had contracted the marriage of her choice with the accused Faisal. He said that the accused had also shaved the head of the woman. The victim, through her counsel, said that on March 24, the accused had entered the house with his two friends under the influence. She said that the accused also forced her to take liquor. “On my refusal, the accused tied her to a hose and tortured me,” she said, adding that three employees were witness to the incident.
