Baldia tragedy case: ATC rejects MQM leader Rauf Siddiqui’s plea to go abroad

KARACHI (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court rejected the bail plea of MQM leader Rauf Siddiqui on Friday. He had appealed to the ATC to return his passport. Rauf Siddiqui is being investigated in the Baldia tragedy case. The court remarked that they could not allow him to go abroad. On the other hand, an ATC ordered to release MQM leader Kanwar Naveed Jamil who faced five cases of rebellion and terrorism.
