Balochistan former CM Aslam Raisani joins Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam

QUETTA (92 News) - Balochistan former chief minister Aslam Raisani joined the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam on Wednesday.

Addressing a gathering with JUI chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman on Wednesday, Aslam Raisani said that the JUI friends had supported him in the past. "We will further expedite struggle for a strong political system in Balochistan," he maintained.

He said that he had several challenges when the government was formed in 2008 and the JUI supported him. "All nations should get their rights in Pakistan," he added.

Speaking on the occasion, Maulana Fazalur Rehman said that important personalities are joining the JUI. "The people of the province are owners of the local resources. Pakistan will not compromise on its autonomy," he added.
