ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Bangladesh which was considered to be a burden on Pakistan had excelled.

Addressing a the passing out ceremony of the Pakistan Administrative Service in on Tuesday, corruption destroys ethics of the human being.

"Morality degrades first and then the economy collapses. All the backward countries have one thing common, i.e., corruption," he maintained.

The prime minister said that Pakistan's bureaucracy was at No 1 in the 60s. "Later, the bureaucracy treaded the path of destruction. The nation not doing justice destroys," he added.

He urged the government servants to uphold morality in discharge of their official responsibilities.

"The teachings of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) are role model. We can rise as a nation by following the guiding principles of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH)," he maintained.
