Bank security guard decamps with Rs 6.5 million in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – A bank’s security guard got away with Rs 6.5 million from Defence area on Tuesday. The accused used a welding plant and a cutter to break the lockers. He collected the amount peacefully and fled. The police have started investigations and collecting evidence. On the other hand, the police arrested 16 suspects during a crackdown against drug peddlers and street criminals. Six criminals, including drug peddlers and court absconder, were arrested in Chanser Goth. Weapons and contrabands were recovered from the accused. The Ibrahim Haideri police arrested the accused, including four women, during the snap checking. The Mominabad police arrested four accused and recovered arms, stolen mobile phones and a motorcycle.
