Banned TTP commander killed in North Waziristan
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Security forces killed a banned TTP commander during an operation in North Waziristan on Monday.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations Pakistan (ISPR), security forces killed Safiullah, a banned TTP commander, in an operation on intelligence in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan.
According to a Pakistan Army spokesman, the terrorist was involved in the killing of four NGO women in February this year and target killing of FWO engineers in November.
He was also involved in planning and execution of IED attacks on security forces, extortion and kidnapping for ransom.
Security forces also recovered huge cache of weapons and ammunition during the operation.
