BDS defuses two mortar bombs in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) has on Thursday defused two mortar shells that were seized from Defence Phase-8 area of Karachi two days ago. As per details, the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) had seized two mortar bombs from Defence Phase-8 area of Karachi. The BDS successfully defused the mortar bombs. The BDS officials said that the terrorists didn’t have launcher pad for mortar bombs. The process of defusing the mortar bombs took a long time due to lack of required equipment. The required equipment was provided by the army to defuse the mortar shells. The police have also started investigation.
