UCH SHARIF (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has claimed that he is being pressurized to reach a compromise with the government. Addressing a public meeting on Monday, he said that Asif Zardari had been arrested without any proof. “Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were also arrested without any proof. The government is not providing proper heath facilities to Asif Zardari,” he alleged. He said that the government’s all policies for the rich. “There is no one to care for the poor,” he said. Bilawal Bhutto said that the PPP had contested the dictators and it would contest the incompetent government as well. “We will continue to fight for the rights of the people,” he said. He said that the government is meting out the treatment of thieves to all sections of the society. “The anti-people budget has made the life each Pakistani a hell,” he said. The PPP chairman linked his participation in the sit-in of Maulana Fazlur Rehman to the permission by workers. “We will send the selected home at all costs,” he said. He said that the government had attacked the humanitarian, economic and democratic rights of the people. “Asif Zardari had already stated that the NAB and economy cannot go side by side. The country is admitting it after one year,” he said. Earlier on November 3, Bilawal Bhutto had clearly stated that they would not participate in the sit-in of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s. Speaking to the journalists when reached the Victoria Hospital for inquiring health of injured in Tezgam tragedy, the PPP chairman maintained that they cannot support the sit-in. “Our demand is one but will not attend the sit-in. The statement of Maulana Fazlur Rehman should not be taken out of context,” Bilawal said. He said that the PPP had announced to support the Azadi March and did support Maulana Fazlur Rehman during the march. “We supported Maulana Fazlur Rehman on the Azadi March. We can attend the sit-in if the government’s incompetency will continue,” the PPP chairman reiterated. He further said that till now they have not decided to attend Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s sit-in. Commenting on the Tezgam tragedy, Bilawal Bhutto said the train accident was a massive tragedy.
