Those who believe in dharna politics should think of national interest, says NA speaker

LAHORE (92 News) – National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that parliamentarians should come to the Parliament to present their stance before people instead of resorting to agitation, which harms national development. Talking to newsmen in Lahore on Sunday, he said that those who believe in the politics of sit-in should think about the interest of the country. The NA speaker said that all the political parties, except one, united in the Parliament on Kashmir issue, which sent a strong message to India. He said that the prevailing situation demands unity among the political forces against the Indian aggressive designs, not attempts to create instability in the country. However, he vowed, the government will not let these attempts or any conspiracy against China-Pakistan Economic Corridor succeed.
