BHC orders to quash three cases against PTI Senator Azam Swati
QUETTA (92 News) - The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Monday ordered to quash three cases against PTI Senator Azam Swati.
The reserved verdict was announced by Justice Abdul Hameed Baloch. The cases were registered in Wander Bela and Chaman. Five cases against Azam Swati had already been quashed.
Meanwhile, Islamabad Central Court special judge postponed the hearing in the controversial tweet case till tomorrow.
Babar Awan, counsel for Azam Swat, contended that the plaintiff is not the affected party and the case was registered by the FIA.
Special Prosecutor Raja Rizwan will present the arguments tomorrow.
