KARACHI (92 News) – Federal Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad said that not only Nawaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari and Shehbaz Sharif but also a big section of our society consists of plunderers and looters. Speaking to the journalists, the minister said that the country was coming out of the crisis, however, the opposition was busy in their bids to spread hopelessness in the public. “Political affairs between the federal government and the opposition were in order and the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) would complete its five-year term,” he said. Sheikh Rasheed said that JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman should be thankful to PM Imran Khan as he delivered the speech in UNGA, containing same content which Maulana had wanted to give at D-Chowk in Islamabad. “A big section of our society consists of plunderers and looters things get clearer when people get in power,” he added.
Pakistan railways to run bullet trains
The federal minister further claimed that he would run bullet trains in the country during Prime Minister Imran Khan’s tenure. The minister said Prime Minister Khan is leaving for China on October 7, and “we have high hopes that he would come back after finalizing the ML-1 project, after which, we will also construct ML-2.” He also claimed to run ML-2 bullet train during PM Khan’s government. He revealed that 500 policemen were being hired in the Pakistan Railways and measures were being taken to recover the sector from debt. “I have told Imran Khan to fight the next election on ML-1 as the highway will pass through poverty-stricken areas […] with the induction of ML-1, the signal system will get improve and new bridges and crossings will be formed,” he said. The JUI-F chief intends to carry out an anti-government movement in the month of October. Nevertheless, leaders of main opposition parties, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and PML-N Shehbaz Sharif, have agreed to defer the proposed long-march towards Islamabad.
