ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has accused the government of deactivating the parliament and making political arrests. Talking to the media outside Parliament on Thursday, he said that today an attempt was made to bulldoze the ordinance. “No meeting was called on the economic and flour crisis, but a session was called to pass the ordinance,” he added. The PPP chairman said that they want to make the government understand the government should be allowed to run. “Political arrests are again made. The PPP strongly condemns this move,” he said. He said that there can be no laws in Pakistan. “The sequence of two countries, not one is visible everywhere,” he said. Bilawal Bhutto said that a good IGP was sent to Punjab, but he was changed after a few weeks. “IGPs have been changed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We sent five names for the Sindh IGP and the prime minister also promised to transfer the IGP. But the Sindh IG could not be changed,” he added. He claimed that the PPP government had allocated huge funds for the people of FATA. “The operations were launched during our period. We repatriated the IDPs within a year.” Bilawal Bhutto demanded that the IDPs issue should be resolved. “Imran Khan was in habit of raising the issue of IDPs when he was in the opposition,” he added. He said that the PTI government should send the IDPs to their homes.
