KARACHI (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has demanded to take the parliament into confidence over the Afghanistan issue.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he urged all stakeholders to work jointly for the establishment of peace in Afghanistan. "It is necessary to keep an eye on the situation in Pakistan after the Afghanistan situation," he maintained.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the PPP wants to see Afghanistan established on equality.

He said that an increase in terrorism in the country is dangerous. "Security of CPEC and other projects should be reviewed. Moreover, the National Action Plan (NAP) should be implemented," he added.

He said that the PPP is ready to support the opposition if it is ready to remove the 'puppet' in a parliamentary and democratic way. "There will be no compromise on the sovereignty of the country," he added.
