KARACHI (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has rejected the demand of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) of imposing Rs 150 billion tax on the salaried class.

In a statement on Tuesday, he said that efforts to end medical allowance of the salaried class is an extreme of enmity with people.

He said that the federal government had given amnesty to selected investors after drawing out money from the pockets of the people.

The PPP chairman said that the Imran Khan government had planned to impose 10 percent tax on pensions and provident fund. "Now employees of educational institutions will not be allowed to educate their children in institutions," he maintained.
