October 2, 2019
MIRPUR (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the rigging-marred government would have to go. Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he said that the objective of all opposition parties is same, but their strategy is different. He said that the PPP is against the politics of the sit-in. “We have announced moral and political support for the sit-in of Maulana Fazlur Rahman,” he said. Bilawal Bhutto said that he would soon meet Maulana Fazalur Rahman as well. “Prime Minister Imran Khan should have become the voice of the Kashmiris,” he said. "Only solution to the Kashmir issue is plebiscite." Earlier, he visited the hospital and inquired after the health of the people injured in the earthquake. He said that the PPP is with the people of Mirpur during this difficult time. Medical Superintendent Farooq Noor briefed Bilawal Bhutto about the treatment of the patients. Earlier on October 1, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto exchanged their views about the Azadi March. During the two-hour meeting, both opposition leaders also discussed the arrests of the opposition leaders. They also discussed the lockdown of Maulana Fazalur Rahman. On the other hand, the PPP has decided to give the government a tough time. Meetings and rallies will be taken out across the country. Earlier upon their arrival at his residence, Shehbaz Sharif welcomed PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other PPP leaders.
