KARACHI (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has said that the opposition will topple the government through the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).

Addressing the Karachi Bar Association on Saturday, he said that they would send the incompetent, ineligible and selected prime minister home. "We are facing the historic price-hike. We will have to compulsorily come on roads if we cannot raise the voice in the parliament," he added.

The PPP chairman said that the problems of the masses cannot be resolved unless the parliament will remain the rubber stamp.

He said that the PPP had been standing against all dictators and the lawyers had always supported them. "Our workers are safe until the lawyers are with us," he maintained.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the people cannot be independent in a true sense until the rule of the constitution. "The PDM's first public meeting will be held in Gujranwala on October 16," he said.

He said that the government is arresting political leaders. "Khurshid is still in jail and Shehbaz Sharif has been put behind the bars," he added.
