Bilawal directs Sindh govt to provide rations to needy person’s house

KARACHI (92 News) – Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday directed the Sindh government to provide rations to needy person’s home. The PPP chairman said while chairing a meeting on measures to help daily wage earners during the province-wise lockdown in Sindh. SIndh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Nasir Shah, Imtiaz Shaikh and Murtaza Wahab attended the meeting via video links. The Sindh chief minister briefed about the current situation and efficiency of the provincial government. On the occasion, Bilawal Bhutto warned the Sindh government against neglecting the needy during the coronavirus outbreak, directing them to help out those affected the most by the pandemic. “Sindh government should go to each and every needy person’s house. I will not tolerate any negligence when it comes to helping the poor,” the PPP chairman said. Bilawal Bhutto said that affluent persons and welfare organisations should be included in consultations and planning in case the lockdown extends to a longer period of time.
