Bilawal son! Don't be a part of India's statement, says FM Qureshi

LAHORE (92 News) – Referring to Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi advised PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto, saying that Bilawal son! Don't be a part of India's statement and don't disappoint Kashmiris with your statements.

Addressing a press conference in Multan, FM Qureshi slammed the opposition, saying that there was no single leader, no single flag and no single manifesto in the opposition alliance. "Bilawal should not push the struggle of Kashmiris with his statements. Your conspiracy to stop the recovery of the economy will never grow. The opposition has no constructive and common agenda," he added.

"We did not stop Maryam Nawaz from attending the rally and no leader was arrested. The opposition staged arrests for fear of the meeting failing," the minister maintained.

FM Qureshi said that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) can neither remove PTI’s democratically elected government nor does it have any a magic wand through which it can solve the problems of the people. "Opposition parties were given a chance in the past to solve people’s problems," he said.

He further said that opposition leaders should be careful while criticizing. "The state of Pakistan should not be criticized. The opposition has an unnatural alliance. Maulana Fazlur Rehman delivered a full speech from the empty stadium. The CPEC irritate some forces but will continue to work on it," he mentioned.

The foreign minister further said that inflation was a big challenge and efforts were being made to stabilize prices. "Due to low production, wheat had to be imported. Inshallah, in the next budget, there will be a separate budget booklet for South Punjab.," he added.
