Bilawal terms Rs375 billion worth of taxes on masses as injustice

LAHORE (92 News) - Referring the PTI-led government's recent federal budget 2021-22, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto has termed nearly 375 billion rupees taxes on the masses as an injustice on Sunday.

The PPP chairman said that the government did not spare a single item of the common man's use from taxes. "The government's decision to impose taxes on phone calls, internet and then immediately withdrawing the decision shows that it is confused," he added.

The PPP chairman further said that the government is robbing people in the name of the ‘PTIMF’ budget, implying a budget proposed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Reject the government's PTIMF budget, he maintained that will expose the anti-people steps in the budget.
