Blasphemous Content on Social Media Case: IHC disposes of petition
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has on Friday disposed of the petition relating to blasphemous contents on social media.
A single member bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) resumed hearing of the case regarding blasphemous contents on social media.
During the proceedings, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui said he would deliver a short order today, which would be followed by a detailed judgment later.
He said that the court would not interfere in investigation process.
The judge went on to say that the door for misuse of the blasphemy law would also be closed.
