LAHORE (92 News) – The body of a girl that was recovered from a briefcase in the provincial capital’s Lytton Road area has been identified on Wednesday. Sumaira, resident of Lahore’s Johar Town area was a married woman who was kidnapped few days ago and the case of her kidnapping was lodged in Satukatla police station. Earlier, police recovered the dead body of a girl from a briefcase in the provincial capital’s Lytton Road area. As per details, a man namely Naveed Butt informed the police about a suspicious briefcase at a deserted place in Lytton Road area after which police reached the spot and found the dead body of a young girl from the aged between 23-24 years from the briefcase. The Homicide Unit shifted the dead body to hospital after four hours due to unavailability of the vehicle, while the Inspector Homicide Unit called the Edhi Ambulance to shift the body to the morgue.
