Body of missing US mountaineer found in Skardu

SKARDU (92 News) – The body of missing US mountaineer was found from the height of 6,209 metres in Pasti, Skardu on Tuesday.

The body has been searched by helicopter. Efforts are being made to shift the body to hospital.

As many as two climbers have died during the winter expedition this week. A Nepali was critically injured after receiving a head injury. Three foreign mountaineers have returned to their countries due to severe fever.
