LAHORE (Web Desk) - Legendary Bollywood comedian Johnny Lever has praised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan for his humanitarian work and leadership qualities.

While interacting with Pakistani fans at a restaurant in Europe, Johnny Lever said, "Long live Imran Khan! People like Imran Khan are very rare in this world."

"He [Imran Khan] built a hospital named after his mother, and it's great that he thinks about you people. He has that quality," he said to Pakistani fans and added, "We need leaders like him."

When asked if Indians also admire Imran Khan, the Bollywood comedian replied, "Brother, we all like him. He is our favourite cricketer."

It is to be noted here that this is not the first time Johnny Lever has expressed his love for the ex-cricketer and former prime minister of Pakistan.

Earlier this month, he shared the same sentiments for Imran Khan while interacting with Pakistani fans at a local restaurant in London.

He also expressed his desire to visit Pakistan to meet his late friend Umer Shareef's family in Lahore. He said that he was in touch with Umer Shareef's son.

Johnny Lever also praised legendary Pakistani comedians Moin Akhtar, Amanullah, Rauf Lala, and Shakeel Siddiqui.

He also thanked his Pakistani fans, saying, "Words cannot express my gratitude to Pakistani fans. I am grateful for their support."
