Bomb found near school in Bannu, defused

BANNU (92 News) – Thwarting a terrorism attempt, the bomb disposal staff defused on Thursday a bomb found along the boundary wall of a primary school in Toot Ghari Meera Khel area of Bannu. The bomb, placed inside a cement block, was planted near the gate of the school. Upon being alerted, police and the bomb disposal squad (BDS) reached the scene and defused the bomb. The presence of the live bomb panicked the residents.
