Boy & girl torture case: Main accused Usman Mirza among seven indicted

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Seven accused, including main accused Usman Mirza have been indicted in the boy and girl torture case.

Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Atta Rabbani framed the charges against the accused. The charge sheet was also read out to the accused.

The main accused Usman Mirza, co-accused Hafiz Ata-ur-Rehman, Idris Qayyum Butt, Rehan, Umar Bilal Marwat, Mohib Bangash and Farhan Shaheen were presented the charge sheet.

Following the indictment, a formal trial against the accused has begun. The court has sought evidence from the prosecution and issued notices to the witnesses to record their statements on the next date of hearing. Later, the case was adjourned till October 12.
