LOS ANGLES (Web Desk) Hollywood’s highly anticipated Formula One film, F1, starring Brad Pitt, is set to deliver the most authentic racing experience ever seen on screen, according to seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.
The Apple Original Films production, directed by Joseph Kosinski, has earned praise for its realism, featuring real F2 race cars and actual race weekends at prestigious Grand Prix venues like Abu Dhabi, Monza, and Las Vegas.
Pitt stars as Sonny Hayes, a retired Formula One driver seeking redemption, alongside Damson Idris as rising star Joshua Pearce.
The film also features Javier Bardem, the struggling team owner in this underdog story of Hayes and Pearce battling racing giants.
Hamilton, who is credited as a co-producer, was impressed by Pitt’s natural driving ability. “Watching Brad drive over 180mph was amazing,” Hamilton said. “His dedication and focus have been incredible to witness.”
Kosinski also highlighted the film’s commitment to authenticity, using real race cars and capturing the adrenaline of live races with real crowds.
The film, set for release on June 25, promises an intense mix of drama, speed, and heart, with Hamilton confirming that the movie will offer an unparalleled racing experience for fans.
