Shehbaz Sharif terms bringing of mini budget on IMF terms as a risk for national security

LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif said that bringing of a mini budget on the terms of the IMF is a risk for national security.

PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif said that legislation related to the SBP and GST would make Pakistan an economic slave of the IMF.

He said, “I have warned several times that it is a conspiracy against Pakistan’s financial sovereignty. As a result of of the current conditions of the IMF, Pakistan’s defense and government system will be paralyzed in future.”

Shahbaz Sharif further said that Prime Minister Imran Khan should resign instead of bringing a mini budget.
