BRT project has become a white elephant, says Sherry Rehman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PPP Senator Sherry Rehman said that the BRT project has become a white elephant. Expressing her views in the Upper House on Wednesday, she said that the government should narrate its achievements instead of pointing fingers at the performance of the previous governments. She said that the PPP leadership appears on the orders of the National Accountability Bureau, but the PTI favourites go abroad. “The petrol prices have decreased across the world. But they have been increased in Pakistan,” he said. Sherry Rehman said that big builders have been given amnesty in the name of Naya Housing Scheme. “I am delivering a speech and now the government will find out one or another accusation,” she added. She said that the PIA has been ruined through a single speech. “A lot of changes have occurred in the country and more changes are expected in September. May Allah Almighty save us from more changes,” she added.
