Bushra Bibi challenges 'Nikkah during Iddat' case in IHC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Bushra Bibi, wife of the PTI founder, filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court, challenging the 'Nikkah during Iddat' case on Monday.

Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangir has issued the notice to Khawar Maneka.

The petitioner appealed to the court to stop the proceedings to frame charges against her.

Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangir remarked that let them first listen to the other party.
