Cable operators announce to end strike

LAHORE (92 News) – Cable Operators Chairman Khalid Arrain has announced to end the strike and restored the cable on Tuesday. The cable operators chairman said that the dialogue between the Pakistan Broadcasting Association and Cable Operators went successful. He said that Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzaib has assured to resolve the issue. The cable operators had cut off the cable of consumers in a protest against PEMRA’s decision to install DTH system in the country.
