LAHORE (92 News) - PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that calling the army to interfere in the political process is a big crime.

Addressing a press conference on Friday, he said that Imran Khan is levelling allegations against the army for being neutral and not supporting him.

"Imran Khan is asking the army to interfere in the political process and bring his government. Imran Khan made mockery of the constitution. He says he is not answerable to the FIA. How did the ministers know about the arrests if the NAB was not answerable," he declared.

The PPP leader said that Imran Khan tried to deceive the nation through the fake narrative of the US conspiracy. "Imran Khan laundered money through Abraj Group and Arif Naqvi. He committed a moral crime by selling the gifts of Toshakhana," he added.

He said that the elections would be held on time. "Investigations should be held into the allegations of FIA former DG Bashir Memon," he demanded.
