We can’t become No. 1 by changing captains, says Misbahul Haq

LAHORE (92 News) – Test captain Misbahul Haq has said that they cannot become No. 1 by changing captains. Talking to the media on Thursday, he said that he was saddened by loss in the Australian tour. “Things will improve themselves when we will win,” he maintained. The Test captain said that the age does not matter too much, but the real thing is performance and fitness. “I am not under pressure and I have uttered the true word,” he added. Misbahul Haq said that they were training daily. “We should evolve a regular system. We have talent and have to evolve a system for its grooming,” he said. He said that the decision of the PCB with regard to the captain will be better. “I am going to play the Pakistan Super League tomorrow,” he said.
