ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Maryam Nawaz husband Captain (r) Safdar' name was placed on the Exit Control List (ECL) over the accountability court's decision in Avenfield reference. According to the sources, the Ministry of Interior has put the name of Pakistan Muslim League leader on Exit Control List (ECL). Sources said the Interior Ministry had sent a notification to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration in this regard. After that, Captain Safdar was included in the black list and he cannot travel abroad. On Friday, Nawaz's son-in-law Capt (retd) Safdar has been given a one year sentence without any fine by the NAB court. Following the verdict, Safdar stand barred from contesting the July general election from Lahore and Mansehra, respectively. The court also fined Nawaz Sharif eight million pounds and Maryam Nawaz two million pounds. Apart from Nawaz, Maryam and Safdar, Nawaz's sons are also accused in the case. They were declared proclaimed offenders last year owing to their no-show and will face a separate trial whenever they join the proceedings
