Caretaker CM rejects summary seeking increase in fares of Metro Bus, Speedo Bus

LAHORE (92 News) - Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi rejected a summary seeking an increase in the fares of Metro Bus and Speedo Bus.

The summary was presented in a meeting of the Mass Transit Authority on Tuesday.

During the meeting, the chief minister ordered the authority to work on a new and individual style to increase the revenue. The meeting also decided to ply 27 electric buses under the Pilot Project.

The chief said that the governments wants to provide the people with safe and standard travel facilities. "About 25,000 students are travelling by Orange Line Train free," he added.
